When you schedule an inspection with us, we will start by asking you some questions about your system to determine which level your system needs.
- For our level 1 chimney inspection, we perform a visual inspection of your chimney and fireplace with a flashlight and mirror. We inspect all accessible part of your chimney.
- In our level 2 inspection, we inspect all accessible parts of your chimney, and we also use a video camera to inspect and check the condition on the interior of your chimney flue.
- With our level 3 inspection, we only use this on special cases, where we can’t figure out the issue with your chimney. This level usually requires the removal of parts of your chimney, so we can get to the interior to further investigate unknown issues.
